These Terms of Service set out the terms on which Vero Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services and on which you may use our website.
Acceptance of terms
By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
Vero Cleaning provides exterior home cleaning services across Sydney, including gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning and bird proofing. The scope of work for each job is described in your quote or booking confirmation.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If site conditions differ materially from what was described (for example access difficulties, height, or the actual amount of debris), we may adjust the price after discussing it with you before proceeding.
Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. We may need to reschedule jobs due to unsafe conditions such as severe weather. We will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative time.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods advised at the time of booking.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. Please let us know in advance of any hazards, fragile surfaces, pets, or special requirements. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects (for example deteriorated sealant, rusted or brittle gutters, or faulty fixtures) that may become apparent during cleaning.
Insurance and our responsibilities
Vero Cleaning is fully insured and carries out work with reasonable care and skill. If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work with you to put it right.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to re-performing the services or the cost of having the services re-performed. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at verocleaning.com.au/privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
