The short answer
An outside-only window clean on a Sydney house starts at $330 for a single storey, $440 for a double storey and $650 for three storeys. Those are the minimums. If you want the insides done too, the price is 1.6 times the outside-only price. Then add the callout fee for your region, between $0 and $80. GST is included and everything is rounded to the nearest $10.
We don't do inside-only. It almost never comes up, and the outside is where the salt, dust and pollen live.
What moves the price up or down
Storeys
Single storey from $330, double from $440, three storey from $650. A house that is two storeys at the back counts as two.
House size
A small house is 20% less than the base. A large house is 25% more. Think two-bedroom cottage versus five-bedroom home with a lot of glass.
Inside and out
Multiply by 1.6. We'll move furniture out of the way if you haven't.
Flyscreens
Add 15%. We take every screen off, clean the frame and glass behind it, and refit it. Security screens are done by lifting the sash out from inside.
Tracks
Add 15% if you want the tracks and sills scrubbed out as well as the frames wiped.
Roof access
Easy access takes 10% off. Hard access, like glass over a steep roof or a tight side path, adds 25%.
Property type
Terraces are priced at 70% of a house, semis and duplexes at 85%, granny flats at 80%. The minimum still applies. Apartments are quoted by the team.

Louvres and colonial bars are priced per window because they take a lot longer than a plain pane. Inside and out on those is 1.6 times the outside price, the same as everything else.
Callout fee by region
Charged once per visit, never discounted, even if we do windows and gutters on the same day.
